Poh-Eng is teaching Taijiwuxigong at 46th Sheffield Scout club every Thursday 7.30pm.-9pm. Sheffield S8 9DB

Poh-Eng is an accredited teacher of Taijiwuxigong (a powerful yet simple qi-gong healing system) and Taiji 37 form, both of which were founded by the late Dr Shen Hongxun, Taiji GrandMaster, also known as Lama Fore.

She is also a fully qualified Buqi healer with 23 years' experience, offering  clinic specialising in asthma, anxiety, grief, back issues, trauma, etc.

Poh-Eng offers BUQI at LIFE AND LEMONS CLINIC from Dec. 2025 , Tuesday afternoon in their new premises in Psalter Lane,  S11 8YL Sheffield.

In addition, Poh-Eng trained with the late Eliot Cowan in Plant Spirit Medicine Healing, for balancing the meridians of the organs and for support in life's quest.

Poh-Eng is a mother of two; she is a qualified Birth Doula,  MA in Dance and Somatic Wellbeing from UCLAN.(University of Central Lancashire).
