Ba Duan Jin Training 2026

The Ba Duan Jin or Eight Pieces of Brocade is an ancient traditional Chinese Qigong practice designed to bring a silken quality to the body.  A piece of brocade found in a 160BCE burial site is said to picture the movements of the 8 Ba Duan Jin.
