Andy has studied many Eastern and Western healing, martial and spiritual traditions since the mid-1980s and is a well-established teacher and healer. In over 25 years of teaching evening, weekend and residential courses, Andy has established groups and healing clinics across England, Spain and Portugal.

As a family student of Dr Shen Hongxun he received extensive training in Taijiwuxigong, Taiji 37, Buqi and meditation from 1990 gaining permission to teach these systems in 1995. He also qualified in Shiatsu and studied acupuncture and western herbal medicine. Andy is known for his clear teaching and ability to transmit the essence of what is being taught.
